100% Grass Fed Beef or Grass finish
Some of the terms are still pretty loose. I agree.
Some people won’t eat unless it’s 100% Organic – 100% Grass Fed/finish and Pasture raised. Others are are a little more flexible.
Here are some things to consider:
100% Pasteur Raised, Grass Fed Beef (more omega 3’s) is much cleaner than Cage-Free or Free-Range.
Wild Caught/Wild Fish is healthier and higher in Omega 3’s than Farmed Fish.
Free Range and Cage Free give you a bit more clarity and are a heck a lot better than “all natural” which means nothing really.

However, the best choice is to go to the farmer’s market, look the farmer in the eye, and then ask these questions:
How do you raise your cattle/animals?
What do you feed them?
Are they happy?
Can I come to your farm?
Authentic, genuine and positive responses to these questions can give you a way better indication of what you are going to eat.
…remember It’s about cost, time, location of produce and comfort level.
Pick the best that you can.
